I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Alaska, currently providing individual therapy services for adults (18+). I provide in-person appointments in Juneau, as well as telehealth appointments statewide.
No matter the reason you are here, it takes courage to reach out for support. I am honored to hold space for your growth and healing, and my primary goal as a therapist is establishing a sense of safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship. When people feel free to be themselves and share honestly and openly, real transformation can happen. I believe that self-compassion is an integral part of the path forward through healing.
